Tsitsikamma National Park
Tsitsikamma National Park is an area of the Garden Route National Park, it encompasses a marine reserve, deep gorges and local vegetation like the Big Tree, a towering yellowwood.
The Mouth Trail crosses a suspension bridge over Storms River.
The Otter Trail leads to Nature's Valley, with birds including the Cape batis. The park is also home to small mammals, including bush pigs.

Tenikwa Wildlife Rehabilitation & Awareness Centre
Located in The Crags near Plettenberg Bay on South Africa's Garden Route, Tenikwa is one of the Western Cape's largest active wildlife rehabilitation facilities.
Founded in 2002, the centre rescues, rehabilitates, and releases between 250 and 450 wild animals every year.
A variety of daily, small-group guided tours are available, ranging from standard wild cat walks to full-day zookeeper experiences.
The centre includes an eco-shop, on-site accommodation, a café for light meals, and even spa treatments.

Keurbooms Ferries
Keurbooms Ferries operates guided, eco-friendly river cruises in the Keurbooms River Nature Reserve along South Africa's famous Garden Route (near Plettenberg Bay).
The 2.5-hour tours glide through pristine indigenous forests and towering gorges, featuring a 45-minute stopover at the secluded Whiskey Creek for swimming, picnicking, and walking.
The boat docks at a naturally formed riverbank. Visitors can stroll under towering Yellowwood trees, swim in crystal-clear waters, or relax on the beach.

Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve
The Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve (often called Plett Game Reserve) is a 2,200-hectare, malaria-free reserve located along South Africa's famous Garden Route, just a 20-minute drive from the coastal town of Plettenberg Bay.
Set against the Tsitsikamma Mountains, it is the largest game reserve in the Southern Cape.
The reserve is home to over 150 species, including three of the "Big Five" (rhino, buffalo, and leopard), as well as giraffes, hippos, zebras, crocodiles, and various antelope.
For a more immersive and quiet experience, visitors can explore the reserve and get close to the wildlife on a 2-hour guided horseback ride.

Offshore Adventures
Located in Plettenberg Bay, Offshore Adventures, is a premier marine excursion company best known for its guided Swim with Seals experiences and free-diving safaris.
Operating out of Central Beach, they offer adrenaline-pumping beach launches and scenic rides out to the Robberg Peninsula.
Snorkel alongside wild, playful Cape Fur Seals in the Robberg Marine Protected Area.
For non-swimmers, they offer a 1.5-hour boat excursion to view the massive seal colony from the water.
Depending on the season, you might encounter inquisitive blue and mako sharks, and even massive sardine runs.

The Crags
The Crags is situated 20 km's from Plettenberg Bay and has become one of the must see areas along the Garden Route. The area boasts with polo fields, wildlife sanctuaries, theatre and an abundance of arts and crafts offerings. The Crags is in the Eden region of the Western Cape, South Africa.
